COMRADITY is a professional co-working community specializing in creative services.
Independent, experienced creative professional entrepreneurs.
Associated independent businesses who serve them and their clients.
Businesses interested in professional creative spaces & services on a project basis.
Students or recent grads interesting in learning by apprenticing in a multi-generational community.
All interested in visibility, learning, and collaborating with diverse experts to master the diversity of today's marketing and creative landscape.
COMRADITY offers both physical and virtual space and resources to expand horizons for mutual benefit.
We are designing the facility and online network we want to join. And we are dedicated to helping all members benefit from joining the community.
The first COMRADITY Creative Professional Resource Center is opening in the Harbor Point area of Stamford, CT, near the Stamford train station and its easy commute between New York, Westchester County, and throughout Fairfield County. Within the 9,000 square feet space, we will offer an open studio area with WIFI, large and small event rooms, a demo level recording room and stage, and an area exclusively for Resident Studio Member private offices, open space workpods, and lounge. (This is an early prototype drawing, the final plan is coming soon!)

Membership categories include:
- Creative Professional Members: Resident Studio Members and "Mobile Members" who are Sole Proprietor Strategists, Writers, Visual Designers, Musicians, Editors, Animators, Information Architects, Consumer Research, Game Designers, and more.
- Apprentice Members: Young people sponsored and employed by a Resident Studio Member.
- Associate: Companies who provide services to or through Creative Professional Members, seek Contingent Pros and Space on a variable basis to broaden their business opportunities with less risk.
- Patron Members: Businesses who seek a reliable "outsourced-in-house" creative services department to get better results without the overhead.
Space is limited at Stamford, but we will accomodate more on the online network and in future phsyical spaces in Connecticut and throughout the country. Please contact us with questions.
